Healing Beyond Trauma is a growing group practice committed to providing trauma-informed care while fostering the development of skilled, compassionate clinicians. Our team serves adolescents and adults throughout Virginia using approaches grounded in attachment theory, EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system regulation. We are dedicated to creating a collaborative environment where both clients and clinicians can heal, grow, and thrive.
QualificationsHBT is seeking clinicians who are either fully licensed or in the process of completing supervision toward licensure in Virginia, including LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or doctoral-level clinicians.
Ideal candidates will have (or be developing) experience in areas such as clinical assessment, treatment planning and progress documentation, with support and training available as needed.
We are looking for clinicians who can commit to a consistent weekly caseload and are available for approximately:
• Part-time: ~10–12 client hours per week (with additional administrative time as needed)
• Full-time: ~20–25 client hours per week (with additional administrative time as needed)
